Israel did the USS Liberty attack under LBJ to blame Egypt, so Americans could be tricked into a war and gain land for israel, it did not work so they did 9/11 later on.

The fact that they are taking a heavy toll does not mean they change their ways; if anything, it makes them more determined to carry on and ratchet up their cruelty.
