Make Gaza "unfit for living": Israel in the words of its founders and leaders - Part 7
Netanyahu: Investigating Israel's war crimes is "pure anti-semitism."
This article is the seventh in a series. Find the first six articles at these links: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6.
In a recent appearance on Piers Morgan’s show, Norman Finkelstein was pitted against Alan Dershowitz. Finkelstein is a political scientist and a prolific scholar with several published books on the Palestine-Israel issue. He was denied tenure at the DePaul University for his views on the matter. Dershowitz, on the other hand, is an Epstein-linked lawyer and a Zionist apologist of Israeli genocide who had a side hustle at Harvard University, where he was Felix Frankfurter Professor of Law from 1993 until his retirement in 2009. He has also been accused of raping girls at Epstein’s homes and has written an article arguing for lowering the age of consent to 14.
I find the debate instructive.
Dershowitz spews lie (“The blockade [of Gaza] is a good thing.” Yes, he said that) after lie (Israel “has never bombed indiscriminately.” Meanwhile, IDF Spokesman Daniel Hagari has stated publicly: “Emphasis is on damage and not on accuracy.”) after lie (some Israeli soldiers are children, yes, he said that, too), after lie (“They [Hamas] cut off the breasts of the women and throw them around.” Zero evidence this ever happened.) after lie (“They [Hamas] behead children.” Again, zero evidence.). Meanwhile, all that Finkelstein does is just quote what the Israeli leaders and public have said in the past and are saying now about the Palestinians.
That’s it. That’s all it takes: just pay attention to what the Israelis say.
Truth always stands out from falsehood.
The Israelis have been very clear about their intentions concerning Palestine and Palestinians for over 100 years and have been equally clear about their genocidal intent in Gaza since October 7.
To that end, here are some more quotes from Israeli leadership and society — past and present — as they continue their genocide in Gaza.

“Israel has no choice but to render Gaza into a place that is temporarily, or permanently, unfit for living. Creating a severe humanitarian crisis in Gaza is a necessary means to achieve the goal. Gaza will become a place where no human being can exist.” [Source.]
Giora Eiland, former head of the Israeli National Security Council.
❖
“The only way to fight a moral war is the Jewish way: Destroy their holy sites. Kill men, women, and children (and cattle).” [Source.]
— Manis Friedman, a rabbi and public speaker.
❖
“When the ICC investigated Israel for fake war crimes, this is pure anti-semitism.” [Source.]
— Benjamin Netanyahu, Israeli Prime Minister
❖
“Human animals must be treated as such. There will be no electricity and no water [in Gaza]. There will only be destruction. You wanted hell, you will get hell.” [Source.]
— Ghassan Alian, Israeli Major General and the head of COGAT (The Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories).
❖
“The IDF is exterminating the Nazi Muslims in Gaza, we must up the tempo. If it were up to me, I would bring 4 D9s [bulldozers], place them behind the sandy hills and give the order to bury all those hundreds of Nazis alive. They are not human beings and not even human animals; they are subhuman, and that is how they should be treated. Eradicate the memory of the Amalek; we will not forget.” [Source.]
— Arieh King, Jerusalem’s Deputy Mayor
❖
“All of Gaza’s infrastructure must be destroyed to its foundation and their electricity cut off immediately. The war is not against Hamas but against the state of Gaza.” [Source.]
— May Golan, Israel’s Minister of Women’s Affairs
❖
"After we turn Khan Younis into a soccer field…we need to take advantage of the destruction to tell the countries that each of them should take a quota, it can be 20K or 50K. We need all 2 million to leave. That's the solution for Gaza." [Source.]
— Ayelet Shaked, former Israeli Minister of Interior and Minister of Justice.
❖
“There is really no reality in which people grew up as part of a Palestinian people in a Palestinian state, because there was no Palestinian state and no Palestinian people recognised in the world.” [Source.]
— Tzipi Hotovely, Israel’s ambassador to the United Kingdom

Dershowitz defends criminals (Epstein, Simpson, and Trump); Finkelstein defends humanity. 'Nuff said.
