Grotesque American games
Joe Biden wants us to believe that he can't help the Palestinians until a fanciful pier is built in the Mediterranean Sea.
Joe Biden has announced the American intent to build a pier in the Mediterranean Sea to provide aid to the besieged Gazans, who are facing consistent and indiscriminate bombardment at the hands of the terrorist Zionist regime in Israel that has — since the very beginning of its latest assault on Palestinians beginning October 7 — made no bones about its intent to commit genocide and finally rid Gaza of its inhabitants.
Devoid of all context, Biden’s gesture would be considered laudatory. But seen in the context of America’s role in aiding, abetting, and diplomatically shielding the Israeli Nazis in international fora as they go about their genocidal project, Biden’s move can only be seen as a grotesque charade.
Let’s pretend — as the Israeli and American regimes want us to — for a moment that modern history began on October 7. Since that fateful day of the Gaza ghetto uprising, the American administration has made every possible move to give the Israelis a free hand to do as they please over the occupied Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank. Despite over 30,000 dead Palestinians, an overwhelming majority of them children and women, and massacres that are numbering — even by the most conservative estimates — in tens every single day since October 7, the American regime has shown no inclination seek a ceasefire and save Palestinians from their livestreamed Holocaust.
All its moves, in fact, have been to the contrary. When it is not vetoing United Nations ceasefire resolutions and stopping funding for UNRWA on frivolous Israeli allegations, the United States has been supplying the Israelis the latest incendiary weapons to continue its genocidal mission with impunity. As early as the second week of their Gaza bombardment, the Israeli war minister Yoav Gallant acknowledged the Zionist regime’s dependency on the United States for its inhuman project. Talking about a a feeble American attempt to allow aid into Gaza via Egypt, Gallant had declared: “The Americans insisted and we are not in a place where we can refuse them. We rely on them for planes and military equipment. What are we supposed to do? Tell them no?” [Emphasis added.]
America has done absolutely nothing to exercise the power it wields over the Zionists to stop the genocide. It has done the exact opposite. According to a March 6 report by the rabidly anti-Palestinian Washington Post: “The United States has quietly approved and delivered more than 100 separate foreign military sales to Israel since the Gaza war began Oct. 7, amounting to thousands of precision-guided munitions, small-diameter bombs, bunker busters, small arms and other lethal aid, U.S. officials told members of Congress in a recent classified briefing.”
It is no surprise. Joe “I am a Zionist” Biden has for years made it a point to publicly announce his Zionist persuasion at every opportunity. Back in November, when asked about the possibility of a ceasefire in Gaza, Biden was adamant: “None, no possibility.” As if the admission wasn’t repulsive enough, Biden then broke into a shameless jig — perhaps an illustration of his love for dancing on the graves of innocents.
It’s the same American President, who in 2021 stopped Netanyahu from continuing bombarding Gaza with a mere phone call. Back then, Biden told Netanyahu: “Hey, man, we are out of runway here. It’s over.” Two days later, Netanyahu declared ceasefire. But Biden wants you to believe he can’t make Netanyahu stop his current genocide.
American administrations have always wielded such powers over the Israelis. In 1982, Menachem Begin was made to stop his relentless bombing of Lebanon within just 20 minutes of a phone call from Ronald Reagan, leading the latter to admit, “I didn’t know I had that kind of power.”
Let alone his feigned inability to stop the genocidal onslaught, Biden wants us to believe that he can’t even convince the Israelis to let aid pass through to relieve the suffering of the hundreds of thousands of starving Palestinians, many of whom have started dying of hunger. The immoral, unethical, and genocidal Israeli civilians are stopping aid convoys from getting into Gaza while their military is bombing the aid trucks that do manage to pass through.
In an act of unhinged depravity, the Israelis waited for hundreds of Palestinians to converge for aid deliveries before shooting hundreds of them dead using American weaponry in an episode that has been termed flour massacre, but there are no red lines for Biden when it comes to the Nazis who wield the Israeli flag.
If his favourite genocidaires want to indulge in their bloodlust on the bodies of defenceless children and women, Joe “There is no space between the United States and Israel” Biden is only happy to play his part. He has form for this kind of depraved behaviour.
Here’s an excerpt from 2020 report by The Times of Israel:
In June 1982, a few days after the start of the Lebanon War, known as Operation Peace for the Galilee, Begin met with the Senate Foreign Relations Committee in Washington. Several lawmakers grilled him over Israel’s alleged disproportionate use of force.
“A young senator rose and delivered a very impassioned speech — I must say that it’s been a while since I’ve heard such a talented speaker — and he actually supported Operation Peace for the Galilee,” Begin told Israeli reporters after he returned to Jerusalem.
The senator — Biden — said he would go even further than Israel, adding that he’d forcefully fend off anyone who sought to invade his country, even if that meant killing women or children. [Emphasis added.]
“I disassociated myself from these remarks,” Begin said.
Imagine remarks so beyond the pale that even a proscribed terrorist like Begin — whom the United Kingdom had labelled “leader of the notorious terrorist organisation Irgun” and denied visa in the 1950s had to — for the record at least, dissociate himself from them.
Biden administration’s propagandist in chief, John Kirby has maintained American lack of interest in stopping Palestinian extermination. Back in November, when a journalist asked if it was “still the case, that the administration has no red lines at all” for Israelis in Gaza, Kirby was blunt: “That is still the case.” Five months later, he retains his iron-clad commitment to genocide, obfuscating and making apologies for the Zionists while blaming Palestinian resistance for the Zionist atrocities.
As the population of Gaza starves, America has resorted to dropping aid from the air, a move that aid groups have criticised since it is inefficient and dangerous.
Five people have been killed so far as parachutes attached to the aid deliveries failed to open and their landing on top of the desperate and hungry Palestinians spelled their death, much to the happiness of the Zionists, one would assume, since this famine is by their design and meant precisely to achieve the same aim: the death of Palestinians. More deaths, the better. By any means necessary.
The temporary pier sounds nothing but yet another American charade that will likely do nothing to alleviate the suffering of the Palestinians. Even if — and it’s a huge if — and when the pier becomes operational — Biden didn’t bother to reveal details of the pier’s construction, maintenance, and functioning — there’s nothing to stop the Israelis from impeding its functioning.
Moreover, when everything fails, the Israelis can be trusted to label the pier a Hamas base and bomb it to oblivion. It won’t be the first time they would be bombing an American project anyway.

The pier is a grifting operation for some military contractors, and its longterm goal is to be the center of a port that can ship out offshore oil and gas once Israel controls Gaza and lets Western oil companies develop the fossil fuel fields.
It serves a more immediate, convenient political purpose to try and show Democratic voters who don't feel good about genocide that Genocide Joe is doing all he can to help those poor women and children, don't you know? Such a nice man. So caring. It'll work on most of them, too, but not anyone else.
Your writings are inspiring and uplifting PWBF, exposing the total nonsensicality of US statements. They don't even bother adjusting their prose to make the statements look true anymore.
